To matt. Your message would be more credible if you could spell and use the English language correctly. You will probably respond saying that the English invented the English language, so we will be colonists forever. Ford licensed the technology from Toyota as a means to "catch-up" and then improved on the system for their vehicles. All companies copy one another to some extent. Grow up and become informed/educated before responding to a post.

I apologize to all others about the rant.

Ford has been ISO 14001 certified since 2004, meaning they have made a commitment to environmental improvement, and have a working "plan, do, check, act" type of management system addressing their significant environmental aspects and impacts. Ford was named the greenest manufacturer in America in 2009 by the Carbon Disclosure Project.

In conjunction with a working ISO 9001 quality control system, it is inevitable that Ford will improve quality and reduce environmental impacts over time.

Arguably, the most important part of Ford's plan is to make the cars people actually want, and be an agile-enough as a manufacturer to adjust product lines to meet ever-changing demands.

Personally, I really like the designs Ford is coming out with, and knowing they are a green manufacturer only makes choosing a Ford even easier.
