Outgoing Email Woes
We have recently been getting reports that new user emails and password reminder emails were not being received by users.
Long story short, there was a problem with the mail server that is used to transmit these kinds of messages from FuelClinic. The problem is now resolved, and emails are going out again. This also means the backlog of undelivered mail was cycled, so you may receive an email that is “dated” in the not to distant past.
We apologize for any confusion this might have created, and are taking steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
